This fall Robert Caro, whose account of the Kennedy assassination has been called “the most riveting ever” by The New York Times, will be speaking on the assassination and the events following, as Lyndon Johnson took over the presidency:

9/28/13  Cambridge, Massachusetts. Nieman Foundation’s 75th Anniversary Celebration.  Caro conceived his biography of Robert Moses, The Power Broker, while he was a Nieman Fellow in 1965-66.


10/29/13 – Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas.  Tate Lecture Series.


11/2/13 – Cincinnati Mercantile Library.  Niehoff Lecture.
